This past weekend I made Cheddar Cheese Hummus for us to snack on. It was easy and is pretty good. I will try other kinds in the future.
Ingredients :
2 cans chick peas
Olive oil
Cummin
Salt
Cheddar Cheese
Water
Drain and rinse peas
Pour peas, oil, water, salt ....
and cummin into the food processor. Blend until smooth
Serve it with crackers, Tostitos chips or pita chips
