Fall is here and to me that means "Thanksgiving" a time of year so show our gratitude for what we have been blessed with throughout the year. I like to decorate with fall stuff - pumpkins, leaves, and scarecrows. So I was out surfing through Pinterest projects and found a fall project I wanted to try.
Using my Cricut cutter I made the stencils for the letters.
I cut the letters out separately
T
Taped the letter to the glasses
Painted the letter a light tan (fall color)
After they were all painted I took a razor blade and trimmed up the edges of the letters.
I then put them on my mantel with fall leaves. I discovered the white letters like in the Pinterest project were needed in order to see them from a distance. So I painted over the original letters with white. Here's the finished project.
